The PowerBox for PCMflash is a professional interface for controlling power and signal output during ECU programming. Designed to work with J2534 devices and supported flashing tools, it provides safe, flexible ECU communication.

🔧 Key Features:

  • Manual and automatic ECU power control

  • Built-in current-limiting resistors (RESET: 510Ω, BOOT: 510Ω, CNF1: 220Ω)

  • USB port for firmware updates and Renesas programming

  • Compatible with BOOT-OEM12, L-LINE, GPT1/GPT2

  • Works with DB-15, IDC-26, and OBD-II-F pinouts

  • Includes LED indicators for VECU, VKEY, BOOT, and power states

⚙️ Controls:

  • 3 toggle switches for manual/automatic power, boot, and GPT modes

  • Supports both 3.3V and 5V logic levels for SH705x and Tricore CPUs

🔌 Connection Interfaces:

  • USB: Firmware update / Renesas CPUs / UART

  • DC: ECU + tool power supply (12V)

  • OBD-II-F (J2534): Standard J2534 interface port

  • DB-15: ECU pinout via 14P600KT02/KT03

  • IDC-26: Tricore GPT or adapter heads via 14P600KT06
