ZenTune will treat all customer information with strict confidentiality. Personal details will never be shared or sold to third parties under any circumstances. If you do not wish to be added to our mailing list, please inform us in writing.

When contacting us via our secure query form, please ensure you include your full name, email address, and a valid contact number so we can respond promptly. To help us respond more accurately, include details such as your vehicle make, model, engine size, power rating, registration number (optional), and year of manufacture.

PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

By installing any ZenTune tuning product, the vehicle operator accepts responsibility for all performance outcomes. Performance results may vary depending on vehicle condition, model, fuel, and usage. The customer understands that manufacturer warranties may be affected. ZenTune accepts no liability in relation to original manufacturer warranty terms.

Fuel savings may occur but are not guaranteed, as they depend on individual driving habits.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The buyer indemnifies ZenTune against claims related to improper installation, personal injury, or misuse. Installation should follow manufacturer guidelines. If uncertain, contact our Technical Department.

Customers must notify their insurer of any modifications, which may impact premiums. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all products are used in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ZenTune offers a 30-day return window under the following conditions:

  • You notify us in writing

  • You request and receive a Return Form and RMA via returns@zentune.com

  • Products are returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition

Returned products must be clean, unmarked, and resalable with all labels attached. Items not meeting these standards may be subject to partial refunds.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend tracked and insured postage. A $10 admin fee applies. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approved cancellation.

FORCE MAJEURE

ZenTune shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: cyberattacks, power failures, internet issues, industrial disputes, regulations, disasters, or acts of war.

PRODUCT NOT-AS-DESCRIBED

Discrepancies must be reported to Technical Support within 7 days of purchase. Evidence must be provided. False expectations or subjective complaints will not be accepted as grounds for return.

WARRANTY

All products are covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in components, casing, and harnesses. Faults must be reported to Technical Support.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper installation

  • Damage from water ingress due to incorrect placement

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty repairs or replacements do not reset the warranty period.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Each ZenTune unit is custom-programmed. Timely delivery depends on full and accurate customer-provided data. We are not liable for courier delays or customs issues.

Customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Any return-related shipping or customs fees are also the buyer’s responsibility.

ZENTUNE APPROVED INSTALLERS

Installations via approved ZenTune fitting centres are managed under ZenTune contracts. Installer adherence to ZenTune standards is mandatory. Installation fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least one full business day's notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the installation fee.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

Affiliates must comply with ZenTune’s guidelines. Affiliate earnings are paid monthly, following a 30-day validation period. Cancellations or returns void commissions.

Payments:

  • Min payout AU$35 (Australia), US$100 (international)

  • Invoices required for payment

  • Payments made only after cleared funds

Fraud will result in immediate termination and legal action. Affiliates are responsible for taxes and legal compliance in their jurisdiction.

Affiliate agreement may be terminated at any time by either party. All rights to ZenTune IP revert to ZenTune upon termination.

COMPETITIONS – GENERAL TERMS

All competition entries are bound by general and specific terms. Eligibility may be limited to Australian residents. Employees and affiliates are not eligible.

Multiple or automated entries are not allowed. Deficient or offensive entries will be rejected. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.

All rights to competition entries and publicity materials are assigned to ZenTune. Entries must not violate third-party rights.

Competitions are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be addressed through mediation where possible.
