At ZenTune, we are committed to offering only 100% genuine products sourced directly from reputable, internationally recognised manufacturers. We do not sell clones, copies, or generic alternatives under any circumstance.
All items sold on zentune.shop include a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing. Some manufacturers may provide extended warranty terms based on their internal policies, which will be honoured where applicable.
Warranty Processing
All warranty claims must be submitted via ZenTune and will be assessed and processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s official warranty policy. As the authorised distributor or reseller, ZenTune facilitates this process but does not override or alter manufacturer terms.
To lodge a claim, customers must provide:

Exclusions

Manufacturer Warranty Supersedes
ZenTune does not provide independent warranty extensions. All products are covered exclusively under the warranty terms of the original manufacturer. The manufacturer's decision on warranty approval is final.
Compliance & Consumer Rights
This disclaimer complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). It does not override your statutory rights. Customers are entitled to a remedy if a product fails to meet acceptable quality or does not perform as described.
If a warranty claim is denied, we will always provide a clear explanation and options for further resolution where applicable.
