🚚 ZenTune Shipping Policy

1. Fulfillment Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

2. Shipping Regions
ZenTune.shop currently ships only to:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

3. Shipping Methods

  • Australia: Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Couriers Please.

    • If express shipping is required, you may specify this during checkout in the order comments.

    • Extra fees may apply for express or priority services.

  • New Zealand: All orders over $1,000 AUD are shipped via DHL Express for insured, tracked delivery.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, value, and delivery location. Express service fees (if selected) are added separately.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Australia: 2–5 business days (standard), 1–2 days (express upon request)

  • New Zealand: 3–7 business days via DHL Express
